Tango de Oro welcomes you into the ever-expanding world of Argentine Tango.  We are tres tangueros living in the Gold Country foothills near Sacramento, and we invite you to explore the passion and connection of this magical dance, which brings together people of all ages and backgrounds.

 Juan and Roberta are partnering together to teach the beginning classes of the most sensuous and passionate dance in the world. You will be learning the beginning fundamentals of the Argentine tango along with it's history and music. No experience is needed, if you can walk, you can tango! No partner is needed, singles and couples are welcomed. Leather soled shoes are best. Argentine tango can now be danced in just about every major city in the world. Our local tango community is growing. As it grows we attract tango dancers from Reno, Nevada City, El Dorado Co, Sacramento and even Davis . You and they will be able to soon join us at our local Milonga's (a tango dance party). A milonga is where you 'll be able to express what you'll learn at our classes, on the dance floor!
